Longting Heritage Cabernet Sauvignon Dry Red 2016
The wine is a combination of Western China’s materials and eastern ingredients. It is deep ruby red with rich complex vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, violet, blackcurrant aroma and a touch of smokiness. The aroma is elegant and pure. The tannins are fine and have the potential for aging.
Vinification:
The grapes after three times cluster thinning, cluster selection and berry selection are
crushed beside the tanks, macerated and fermented for 23 days. The wine aged in fine grain French Oak for 11 months and bottle aged 460 days.
