Dry red wine

This Cabernet sauvignon from north piedmont of Tian mountain in Xinjiangis blended with 5%-10% Cabernet Francfrom  Penglai. It had cold maceration before alcoholic fermentation, and aged in oak barrels for 12-16 months. Withbeautiful, brilliant deep ruby red color, This wine showsvery intense nose with blackcurrants, blueberries, tobacco, and  well-integrated woodiness. The mouthfeel is dense and concentrated, with balanced silky tannin.and long persistent finish.

Dry white wine

Chardonnay and Petit Mansengfrom Penglai are blended in this wine. It is fermented at low temperature, and aged in oak barrels for 3-6 months. This dry white shows beautiful, delicate golden color, andredolent and fresh nose with lemon, passion fruit, cream, honeysuckle, and oak notes. On the palate, it is smooth and harmonious, with fresh finish.


100%Cabernet Franc. Saignée method and shortmaceration bringsbright pale pink color and  violet, passion fruit, grapefruit and elegant floral notes to this rosé. It is silkyon the palate. The structure is harmonious with fine, well-balanced acidity and sweetness, a slightlysweet sensation finish.

Sweet white wine

100% Petit Manseng.The grapes are hand picked when the sugar reaches 270g/L. Pressing after appropriate skin maceration, fermentation at low temperature with selected yeasts, then aged in oak barrelsfor a short period, result in the concentrated wine. With delicate golden color,This wine shows pleasant and elegant aromas of honeysuckle, citrus and chrysanthemum.On the palate, it is sweet and round, with slightly oiliness. Fresh acidity and residual sugar is well balanced. Long lingering. Good typicity.
